How to Add Reviews to Your Store

Adding reviews to your store can help build trust with your customers and improve your product visibility. Follow these simple steps to add reviews directly from your Storeino dashboard.

Step 1: Access the Reviews Section

1. Log in to your Storeino account.
2. From the left sidebar, navigate to Marketing.
3. Click on the Reviews tab to open the review management page.

Step 2: Add a New Review

1. On the Reviews page, click on the Add New button to start adding a new review.
2. Choose the Product: Select the product for which you want to add a review.
3. Confirm: Once the product is selected, click Confirm to proceed.

Step 3: Enter Customer and Review Details

1. Customer Information:
   • Select a customer from your existing list, or enter the details for a new customer (e.g., name and last name).
   • If you choose a new customer, fill in their details manually.
2. Rating:
   • Select a rating for the product (e.g., 1 to 5 stars).
   • You can choose any star rating based on the review content.
3. Content:
   • Write the content of the review. For example, “Great product, highly recommend!”
4. Add a Picture (optional):
   • Upload a picture (e.g., customer photo or product image) to accompany the review.
   • You can choose any image you like.

Step 4: Publish the Review

1. Check the Publish box to make the review visible on the store.
2. Click Submit to save and publish the review.

Step 5: View the Review

1. To see the review live on your store, go to the Show Store option and select the product.
2. Scroll down to the Reviews section to view the review, including customer name, rating, content, and any images.

Tips

• Always ensure the Publish box is checked before submitting to make the review visible on the live store.
• You can add multiple reviews to different products using the same process.
