Stock Management
Overview
The Stock Management feature in Storeino allows you to manage your product inventory efficiently. This guide explains how to access and use the Stock Management tool, update product details, and understand key stock-related metrics.
Accessing the Stock Management Feature
- Log in to your Storeino Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Products section in the admin panel.
- Click on Stock Management under the Products menu.

Stock Management Interface
In the Stock Management interface, you will see a list of all the products added to your store. Each product is displayed with the following key details:
- Product Name: Displays the name of the product.
- Sale Price: The current selling price of the product in your store.
- Compare Price: The original price of the product (useful for promotions or discounts).
- Buying Price: The cost at which you purchased the product.
Note: The buying price is for internal reference and is not displayed to customers on the front end of your store.
Example: Product Price Display
- For an iPhone 11 Pro:
- Sale Price: $699 (displayed on the front end as the selling price).
- Compare Price: $800 (displayed as the original price, often shown as strikethrough for discounts).
- Buying Price: This is not shown to customers but can be managed in the admin panel.
Supplier Management
- You can easily assign or change the Supplier for each product:
- Click on the dropdown arrow under the Supplier column.
- Select the desired supplier from the list.
Stock Details
- Quantity in Stock: The number of items currently available in your inventory.
- Quantity in Transporting: The number of products currently being delivered or in transit.
Making Changes to Product Details
- To modify any details (e.g., sale price, compare price, or supplier), update the desired field(s).
- Click Save to apply your changes.
- Confirm the updates by clicking on the Confirm button.
