Facebook Pixel Integration

Facebook Pixel is a powerful tool for tracking user activity and optimizing ad campaigns. This guide combines two approaches to ensure you can integrate Facebook Pixel into your Storeino store smoothly.


Option 1: Simple Connection (Quick Setup)

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Marketing Section:
    • Log in to your Storeino account.
    • Go to the Marketing section.
  2. Add New Pixel:
    • Click Facebook Pixels and then select Add New.
    • Fill in the following fields:
      • Ad Account Name: Enter your Facebook Ad Account name.
      • Pixel ID: Copy your Pixel ID from Facebook Business Manager and paste it here.
  3. Activate the Pixel:
    • Ensure the Active toggle is turned on.
    • Your Facebook Pixel is now tracking your store activities.
  4. Manage Pixels:
    • You can add multiple Facebook Pixels to track different aspects of your store.
    • Delete any Pixel by clicking the delete icon next to it.

Option 2: Advanced Connection with Conversion API

Steps:

  1. Activate Facebook Pixel Application:
    • Go to the Applications section in your Storeino dashboard.
    • Search for Facebook Pixel and activate it.
  2. Go to Facebook Pixels Settings:
    • After activation, navigate to the Marketing section.
    • Click on Facebook Pixels and then Add New.
  3. Collect Information from Facebook Business Manager:
    • Log in to Facebook Business Manager.
    • Go to Events Manager and follow these steps:
      • Pixel ID:
        • Under Data Sources, select your Pixel.
        • Click Settings, copy the Pixel ID, and paste it into Storeino.
      • Access Token for Conversion API:
        • Scroll to the Conversion API section in Facebook settings.
        • Click Generate Access Token, copy it, and paste it into Storeino.
      • Test Mode Code (Optional):
        • Go to Test Events in Facebook Events Manager.
        • Copy the test code and paste it into Storeino under the Test Mode section if you want to test the integration.
  4. Enable and Configure the Pixel:
    • Complete the fields:
      • Ad Account Name
      • Pixel ID
      • Access Token
    • Activate Test Mode if needed for verification.
  5. Submit Settings:
    • Click Submit to save and activate the Facebook Pixel integration.
    • If needed, deactivate Test Mode later by editing the Pixel settings.

Final Notes

  • Multiple Pixels: You can add and manage multiple Pixels to monitor specific activities.
  • Test Mode: Use this to ensure your integration is working before rolling it out.
  • Optimization: Track visitor behavior to optimize ad targeting and conversions.
