- Start by creating your store on Storeino.
- No payment method is required during setup.
- Choose a plan and enjoy a 14-day free trial to explore the platform’s features.
2. Free Plan Overview
If you opt for the Free Plan:
- No Payment Gateway: Transactions can be processed without integrating payment methods.
- Transaction Fees: A 0.2% fee is applied to each order for the first 30 days or until the total fees reach $5 (whichever comes first).
3. Order Visibility and Fee Limits
- Once the $5 fee limit is reached, all incoming orders are hashed and become invisible to the store owner.
- To regain visibility of the hashed orders, the store owner must settle the pending fees.
4. Balance System and Gift Credit
- Upon signing up, store owners receive a $200 gift credit in their balance.
- This credit can be used to pay for order fees or other Storeino services.
5. Transaction Fees on Free Plan
- After the initial limit, a 3% fee is applied to each processed order.

The balance system allows you to manage payments for various Storeino services. It is particularly useful while on the Free Plan to:
- Settle order fees.
- Access additional services offered by Storeino.
