How to Use the Google Sheet App
Step 1: Create a Google Cloud Project
- go to Google Cloud Console , create an account then select a project


- Enter a name for your project like “Storeino google sheets” and click “Create”.

Step 2: Enable Google Sheets API
- Navigate to APIs & Services:
- In the left sidebar, click on “APIs & Services” > “Library”.

- Search for Google Sheets API:
- Type “Google Sheets API” in the search bar and select it.

- Enable the API:
- Click on the “Enable” button.

Step 3: Create Credentials
- Go to Credentials:
- In the left sidebar, click on “APIs & Services” > “Credentials”.
- Click on “Create Credentials” and select “OAuth client ID”.

Fill in Service Account Details:
- click on “Configure Consent Screen”


- Fill in the required informations like App name and the email your going to use the sheet from, and the developper contact information, then click “Sve and continue”.


- Keep clicking on “Save and continue” and then “Go back to Dashboard”
- Then let’s publish the app by clicking on “PUBLISH APP” then click on “Confirm”

- now let’s go to “Credentials” section and click on “ADD CREDENTIALS”, then select “Web application” as an application type.

- For the next step we need to copy the Callback URL on the Google Sheet App settings in our store.

- Paste the url in the “Authorized redirect URIs” field, then click on “Create”

- A pop up will show with your generated credieantials, you can download them in JSON format. keep them safe, you’re going to use them later.

Step 4: Connect Google Sheets to Storeino
- Open the App Settings:
- Once installed, go to the app settings in Storeino.

- Set credentials from JSON file:
- set Client ID and client Secret from the JSON key file you downloaded earlier.
- Configure Data Sync:
- Set up data synchronization preferences (e.g., which data to sync, frequency).
Step 5: Test the Integration
- Test Data Sync:
- Perform a test to ensure that data is syncing correctly between Storeino and Google Sheets.
- Check Google Sheets:
- Open your Google Sheet to verify that the data has been populated as expected.
Step 6: Use Google Sheets for Data Management
- Now that your Google Sheet is connected, you can use it to manage your e-commerce data, analyze sales, track inventory, and more.

- Regularly check for updates on both Storeino and Google Sheets to ensure compatibility.
