Adding a Domain Name to Your Store

This guide will help you connect or purchase a domain name for your Storeino store.

How to add a domain name to your online Sotreino

Option 1: Connecting an Existing Domain

1. Log In and Access the Manager Account
   • Log in to your Storeino account.
   • Switch from the Store Account to the Manager Account.
     
2. Navigate to the Domains Section
   • In the Manager Account, click on “Domains”.
   • Select the store you want to connect the domain name to.
   • Type in the domain name you purchased from another website.

3. Update the Name Servers
   • Copy the Name Server Links provided by Storeino.
   • Paste these links into the Name Server fields on the website where you purchased the domain.
   • Clear any other fields in the Name Server settings.
     
4. Verify and Add the Domain
   • After updating the Name Servers, click “Confirm” in your Storeino account.
   • Verify the domain by clicking “Verify Domain” and then “Add Domain”.

Option 2: Purchasing a Domain from Storeino

1. Buy a New Domain
   • In the Domains section, click “Buy New Domain”.
   • Follow the prompts to select the store and domain name.
     
2. Check Domain Availability
   • Verify the availability of your chosen domain name.
   • Select your preferred extension (e.g., .com, .net).
     
3. Review Pricing and Add Funds
   • View the Domain Name Price and Renewal Price.
   • Add funds to your account if necessary:
     • Click “Add Amount” and select a payment method.
     • Alternatively, send a bank transfer and provide proof of payment.
       
4. Complete the Purchase
   • Confirm your purchase.
   • The domain will be automatically connected to your Storeino account.

• Ensure the Name Servers are updated correctly to avoid connection issues.
• Purchasing directly from Storeino simplifies the connection process and ensures compatibility.

note: 

When you create your account, Storeino assigns you a unique sub-domain, such as brand-name.storeino.com, which serves as your store’s default web address. This sub-domain is exclusive to your store and can only be chosen once. By default, it functions as your store’s primary domain. However, you can purchase a custom domain to replace brand-name.storeino.com as the web address customers use to access your store.
